To be eligible for exchanges, store credit, and refunds your item must be unworn, No Distinct odor and in the same condition that you received it. All items will be inspected on return. If the item(s) is shipped back to My Best Fashion Deals Return Department damaged, altered, stained, distinct odor, shows sign of being worn that would deem this item unsellable it will be refused by My Best Fashion Deals shipping department and store credit or refund won't be issued.
Intimates, such as bikini bottoms and leotards are exempt from being returned due to sanitary reasons. Gift Card(s) is a non-returnable item. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. please email
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing a order. Due to the process of fulfilling the order has already begun. However we will be able to offer store credit our store credit is valid for forever.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. and after a request has been made the customer will have 7 days to ship the items for return back to us. After this period you will only be eligible for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no distinct odor and in its original packaging.
Intimates, such as bikini, swimsuits, leotards, onesies, tights and facemasks are exempt from being returned due to sanitary and health reasons.

Exchanges and Store Credits
We have a 20 -day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. and after a request has been made the customer will have 15 days to ship the items for return back to us.
My Best Fashion Deals offers return labels for exchanges and store credit only
Store credits is the value of your item and store credits will last forever after it has been issued. Exchanges and store credits are available up to 20 days of order delivery. My Best Fashion Deals will happily exchange the size for you or authorize store credit. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item(s), My Best Fashion Deals can offer you a Refund within the first 7 days after delivery and store credit within the first 20 days after delivery in which the item must be shipped back to us. (we would only need the order number to start the store credit process.” and store credit is valid forever. All custom made per order items is final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Lost or stolen packages
My Best Fashion Deals is not responsible for lost of stolen packages.
Once a order is placed 3 email notifications from us will automatically be sent to the customer.
1. Order confirmation: this will have your order number and your order infromation
2. Tracking number: this will allow the customer to track their package
3. Delivery confirmation: a notification that is emailled to the customer immediately after a package has been delivered to the customer
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We aim to ship Items in the time-frame purchased at checkout. delivery will be 1-4 additional business days depending on your location. unless ordered with rush shipping or overnight shipping. All other inquiries will be automatically authorize a store credit gift card for the value of the items returned
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Once shipped, if an order is sent back to us due to invalid address, customer being unable to pick up their package, or customer rejected their package. A store credit will automatically be issued to the customer. The customer will be notified via email.
