Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order. Due to the process of fulfilling the order has already begun. However we will be able to offer store credit our store credit is valid for forever. Orders can be canceled before it is shipped if it has past the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout. We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. and after a request has been made the customer will have an additional 7 days to ship the items for return back to us. After this period you will only be eligible for store credit.

Lost or stolen packages
My Best Fashion Deals is not responsible for lost of stolen packages.
Once a order is placed 3 email notifications from us will automatically be sent to the customer.

Damages and issues
